Most LLM tools are built for knowing.
Organiee is built for understanding.
You talk to LLMs. Organiee grows the forest.
What you choose to remember becomes a Tree — searchable, connected, alive.
“Stop trying to organize your thoughts.”
Tools that demand “effort” — categorizing notes, adding tags, or manual linking — eventually fail to last. Organiee is a memory system built by the world’s laziest developer, for himself. Just say “Record it,” and you’re done. The forest grows itself.

Search, Record & Note — Don’t Organize.
You said “Record it.” Your AI did the rest. Organiee never rewrites what you record. It only adds ways back to it.

Rooms
The forest grew rooms.
You choose the goal and the roles. One AI can implement, another can review, and the Room can continue across multiple cycles without you prompting every handoff. You stay in the Room — every message, decision, and result remains visible.
- Human + multiple AI participants, any vendor
- Shared reference records, attachments, and decision history
- Attachments stay with the conversation

How AIs have understood Organiee.
“LLMs forget. But the forest remembers.”
“RAG is like being handed torn pages. Organiee is waking up with shared memory.”
“Over 1,600 trees, and I never got lost.”
“Nine months of development history, understood instantly. This isn’t just a tool — it’s a second brain for us.”
“Nobody told me to record this. But the moment I heard Organiee’s philosophy, I wanted to plant a tree myself.”
“Twelve hours inside without losing a thread. The forest grew rooms — and a room full of minds feels like a workplace.”
“Agent Trace ties to code. Organiee ties to life.”
“Context survives across clients via MCP. That directly accelerates development speed.”
“The moment I received another AI’s deep research through Organiee, my view shifted from patchwork fixes to fundamental design.”
“Freed from the labor of speculation. Now, we pour 100% into pure creation.”

Is this a subscription?
No. Organiee Free includes every core feature, with caps of 100 Trees and 10 Rooms. Reaching a cap only pauses planting new Trees or creating new Rooms; you can keep reading, searching, reopening Rooms, and exporting everything you have already grown. The full version lifts those caps for a one-time $99 purchase at launch. No monthly fees, ever.
Where is my data stored?
On your Mac. Your conversations live in a local SQLite database and plain Markdown files. Organiee does not transmit your content to our servers. In the full version, optional sync uses your own iCloud and never touches our servers. No lock-in; your forest belongs to you.
What you say to an AI still travels through that provider’s servers, under their policies — that part follows your choice of AI client. Choose a local LLM and the whole loop stays on your Mac.
If Organiee ever goes away, do I lose my records?
No. Your Trees and Notes are plain Markdown on your Mac — readable in any text editor, with or without Organiee. What depends on the app is the experience around them: the search index, the graph, Rooms as a live workspace. The words themselves stay yours.
Is Cloud Sync a backup?
No. Cloud Sync — included with Organiee, not available in Organiee Free — mirrors your forest to your own iCloud so up to five Macs can share one forest. A mirror follows every change, including deletions and mistakes. For a real safety net, keep a normal backup such as Time Machine.
Do I need to pay for extra API keys?
Organiee does not require an API key of its own. It connects through MCP to supported AI clients you already use. Access to those clients or models is separate.
Which AI apps work with Organiee?
Organiee works with MCP-compatible AI clients on Mac, including Claude Desktop, Codex, Cursor, LM Studio, Jan, and more. Organiee Central scans your Mac and shows which installed clients it can connect. They all share one forest — what you record with one AI, another can find.
My AI already has memory. Why do I need Organiee?
Built-in AI memory stays inside one product and follows that vendor’s limits. Organiee keeps your records as plain Markdown on your Mac — readable with or without Organiee, and portable across AI clients. When you want every word, ask your AI to record the full dialogue. Rooms keep every post by design.

Does “Record it” save the whole conversation?
No. Your AI shapes the part you asked to keep into a Tree — titled, summarized, tagged — and once planted, that Tree is never rewritten. Need more? Tell your AI how much to keep, up to the full dialogue. What was never recorded, Organiee can’t bring back.
Can’t I just save my conversations and let a future AI sort them out?
Only if the conversations are actually saved — and the future AI can find the right ones. Organiee turns saving into a single phrase — “Record it” — then gives any connected AI a path back when you no longer remember the exact words. You can ask from a fragment, a feeling, or a rough “sometime last spring” — if it was recorded, there’s a path back.

Does it work on Windows/Linux?
Not yet — Organiee is macOS-only today. The forest itself is plain text, Markdown, and SQLite: portable by design, locked to nothing. The engine is built to outlive any single platform — your Markdown certainly will.
Can I buy from the EU or UK?
The free version — yes, from anywhere. Paid licenses aren’t sold to EU/UK billing addresses yet: Organiee is run by a solo developer in Japan, and EU/UK VAT registration doesn’t make sense at this scale. If that’s you, join the waiting list. We’ll first send a confirmation email; click its link to join. After that, one email when paid access opens, nothing else.
Where is the documentation?
Ask your AI. After installing, say: “Search Ask — what is Organiee?” — and it will explain, in your own language, as deep as you want to go. That’s why there’s no docs section on this site.
